Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients between 30-60 years with a confirmed diagnosis of cardiovascular disease. Patients those who have been referred to a rehabilitation program. Patients who voluntarily agree to participate in the study and share their experiences or perspectives. Patients who can communicate fluently in the language(s) used for data collection (e.g., Gujarati or English).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe cognitive impairment or mental health conditions. Patients with terminal illness or end-stage conditions. Patients with non-cardiovascular disabilities that significantly impede participation in rehabilitation. Individuals unwilling or unable to engage in the study voluntarily.
