Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients aged 18-60 yrs, undergoing open abdominal surgeries under general+epidural anaesthesia, ASA Grades I and II patients, and patients whose height is between 155-165cms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients contraindicated to epidural anaesthesia, patients with chronic cardiac or respiratory illness, sepsis, psychiatric illness, diabetic neuropathy.
