Intervention1: Metronidazole incorporated Platelet Rich Fibrin: 10 ml blood will be withdrawn and 10 ml Metronidazole will be added to the blood . Solution will be centrifuged at 3000 rpm for 15 minut

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Teeth indicated for extraction having periapical lesions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with co-morbidities which delay wound healing
