Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 40-60 years Both genders (male and female) Bilateral osteoarthritis having radiographic evidence Kellgren Lawrence grade less than or equal to 3 Visual Analog Scale 3-7

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any knee injuries in past 6 months Steroid injection within 2 months Any lower limb surgeries in past 6 months Severe neurological disorders Severe cardiovascular disorders Berg balance scale score less than 21
