Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Irrespective of Gender socioeconomic status religion 2)The Patient suffering from Janu Sandhigatavata lakshanas (Knee Osteoarthritis) as follows Sandhishula(pain) Sandhishotha(Swelling) Sandhigraha(Stiffness) Sparshasahatva(Tenderness) Sandhisphutana(Cripitus) Akunchan prasranasavedana(Pain during flexion and extension) 3) Patient having Mild pain on VAS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Known cases of Rheumatoid arthritis Goutyarthritis Psoriatic Arthritis 2)Patient suffering from disease like Diabetic neuropathy Carcinoma systemic lupus erythromatus(SLE),Bone TB,and Traumatic and ligamental injuries over Knee joint will be exluded 3)Patient having skin allergies and skin diseases
