Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Basketball players of age between 15-19 years both male and females At least 6 months of basketball training Developmental basketball players Local level representation Regular training 3 times per week Training with the purpose to compete

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Basketball players with a history of recent surgery (6 months) Unresolved musculoskeletal conditions from 6 months

Jhonson Basketball test Basketball throw for accuracy Field goal speed Basketball dribble test Speed passing testTimepoint: Jhonson Basketball test Basketball throw for accuracy Field goal speed Basketball dribble test Speed passing test All these outcomes will be measured as basline (ie, First day) and then at the end of 6 weeks

Seated medicine ball throw test Timepoint: Measure the maximal distance an individual can throw a medicine ball from an isolated, seated position. This will be measured on the first day & at the end of 6 weeks
