Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Small glottic gap- 1 to 3 mm on laryngoscopy 2. age 18-60 years 3. sulcus, bridges, or atrophy of vocal folds 4. patients having incomplete glottic closure causing breathy dysphonia, decreased vocal loudness and projection, vocal fatigue, and occasionally dysphagia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)paresis or paralysis of the vocal cord 2)previous head, neck laryngeal surgery 3) Oropharyngeal malignancy receiving radiation 4)hoarseness of voice for less than 2 weeks, acute laryngeal pathology
