Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Head and Neck Cancer patients undergoing elective neck dissections

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with hemodynamic instability, Patients with end stage cancer receiving palliative care, History of old CVA with hemiplegia in the involved limb, Recurrence of Cancer / revision surgery
