Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Systemically healthy patients. 2. Mandibular edentulous sites with adequate bone volume and height. 3. Non-smokers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with poor oral hygiene and periodontal disease. 2. Uncontrolled systemic disease affecting bone healing and blood dyscrasias. 3. Patient on bisphosphonates. 4. Pregnant and lactating females. 5. Tobacco in all forms. 6. Patients with parafunctional habits like bruxism. 7. Patients with history of chemotherapy or radiotherapy in the last 6 months.

There is difference seen in the MMP-9 levels and implant stability on application of Hyaluronic acid gel around dental implants.Timepoint: MMP-9 at 104 days and 180 days. Implant stability at baseline and 180 days.
