Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Dentists of all genders working in the hospitals and in healthcare setups for 2 or more years.Dentists working for 8-12 hours/ day.Age group of 28- 50 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Dentists with any trauma to the upper limb in past 6 months.Dentists who are educators or students.Dentists unwilling to participate
