Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Patients within age group of 18 to 45 years. b. Stage II periodontitis patients with at least two non-adjacent teeth with probing depth 3 to 4 mm. c. Systemically healthy patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Patients using protective or orthodontic appliances. b. Patients who are smokers or using any other tobacco products. c. Female patients who are pregnant and lactating.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Complete scaling and root planing will be done. Only those sites with probing pocket depth of 3-4mm will be selected. Each Patient will be randomly divided into three groups. Baseline clinical parameters (Clinical parameters like Gingival Index, Modified Papillary Bleeding Index, Probing Pocket Depth and Clinical Attachment Level) will be recorded. Administration of Placentrex gel and Blue M TM gel in the periodontal pockets up to the marginal gingiva will be carried out.Timepoint: Follow up after 4 weeks and 8 weeks will done to check the clinical parameters
