Intervention1: Injection phosphatadiylcholine: 0.3 ml of the drug will be injected at equidistant area of one centimetric within the center of
the lipoma
Frequency: Every 2 weeks

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Superficial Subcutaneous lipoma Size less than 5 cm in greatest dimension
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Age less than 18 years Deep and intramuscular lipoma Diffuse lipoma Infection of overlying skin Pregnancy and lactation Ongoing anticoagulant therapy Known case of DIabetes Sensitivity to component of injection immunocompromised patient
