Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Chronic periodontitis patient with Probing depth more than or equal to 4mm and less than or equal to 6mm No history of periodontal therapy 6 months prior to the study No usage of antibiotics in the preceding 6 months of study Both genders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient suffering from forms of aggressive periodontitis Immunocompromised patient Pregnant and lactating females Patient suffering from any inflammatory changes Alcoholics Patient with uncontrolled systemic disease
