Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All women scheduled for elective TLH age more than 40yrs and who underwent completion of entire procedure by laparoscopic approach up to colpotomy and Benign condition as indication to hysterectomy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient undergoing hysterectomy for any malignant condition Previous radiation therapy Known allergy to suture material used in the study Non-consenting women Patients dropped out from the follow up were excluded
