Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children age group between 4 and 10 years 2. Children with no previous dental experience 3. Children without any systemic or mental disorders 4. Who require infiltration anesthesia in the maxillary arch for extraction work were included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children requiring emergency treatment, allergic to the contents of local anesthesia, those with systemic diseases and special health care needs, and those who were not willing to participate were excluded from the study. 2. Presence of any systemic disorders. 3. Special health care need children.
