Intervention1: Intraligamentary anesthesia: It involves injecting a small amount of local anesthetic solution directly into the periodontal ligament space of a tooth using a fine needle and high press

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy children with no systemic illness, history of allergies 2. Children requiring administration of local anesthesia for endodontic treatment of primary mandibular second molars and permanent first molars. 3. Positive and definitely positive Frankel behaviour rating scale children 4. Consent provided by parents/guardians

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with known systemic illness 2. Children less than 6 years of age 3. Negative and definitely negative Frankel behaviour rating scale children 4. Children with known allergy to local anesthesia
