Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis will be done with the help of sigmoidoscope/video proctoscope & patient of second-degree internal haemorrhoids will be included in this study. -All cases will be fresh/new - age group of 18 to 60 yrs irrespective of their gender and religion, occupation, education , socio -economical status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -grade 3 and grade internal haemorrhoid, thrombose pile, fissure in Ano -patient with uncontrolled systemic disease like DM, HTN, Bleeding disorder like haemophilia. -post operated patients, pregnant women,
