Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients having sign and symptoms of Tamakashwasa mentioned in Ayurvedic samhitas will be selected such as a.Shwasakrichhrata(Breathlessness) b. Kasa(Cough) c. Ghurghurkam Dhwani(Wheezing) d. Kaphasthivana krichhrata(Difficulty in expectoration) e. Peenasa(Coryza) 2)Diagnosed patient of Tamakashwasa with chronicity less than one year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patient age less than 20 and more than 40 years. 2)Patient having history of Tuberculosis,Bronchial carcinoma,COPD,Emphysema,Status asthmatics,Pleural effusion. 3)Patient suffering from Diabetes Mellitus,Hypertension,Hypothyroidism,Hyperthyroidism. 4)Known case of Tamakashwasa(Bronchial asthma) with chronicity more than 1 year. 5)Maha shwasa,Urdhva shwasa,Chhina shwasa will be excluded. 6)Pregnant and lactating women.
