Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female patients of reproductive age group from 18 to 40 years with complaint of leucorrhoea 2. Female willing and able to give consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant, Puerperium, Post abortal woman within 6 weeks 2. Women who have recently taken antibiotics and undergoing hormonal therapy or treatment and using contraceptive devices that may influence vaginal discharge patterns 3. Women with chronic conditions that may affect vaginal health or immune function, such as diabetes mellitus or autoimmune disease, with systemic infections, Patients suffering from malignancies, with serious medical conditions or known cases of AIDS, HIV
