Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Basic signs and symptoms of myogenous TMD. All natural teeth excluding third molar. Good oral hygiene. No major psycho-social factors/ factors affecting general health.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous treatment. Pronounced occlusal interferences. Inflammatory joint disease. Orofacial pain and Headache unrelated to TMD. Chronic systemic diseases Periodontitis, oral lesions and gum swelling. Patient who smokes.
