Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Adults diagnosed with bronchial asthma. -Scores more than 19 on Asthma Control test -Stable on current medication regimen

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Recent asthma exacerbation or hospitalization. -Inability to perform PEFR -Severe respiratory distress -Self reported cardiac conditions
