Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having present complaint of headache. All individuals aged between 20-50 years. Subjects Willingness to participate in the intervention while continuing to follow up for 24 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals diagnosed with spinal infection. Pregnancy and postpartum within 8 months. History of prior surgery to head or neck.

pain-unilateral base of the skull and neck will be assessed pre treatment at the baselines , post treatment will be assessed immediately and after 24 hoursTimepoint: pain-assessed using visual analog scale Numeric oain rating scale-score 0 -10 assessed at baseline and immediately after 24 hours

Cervical flexion rotaion range of motionTimepoint: range of motion-cervical flexion rotation assesed using digital goniometer will be assessed pre treatment at baseline & post treatment will be assessed immediately & after 24 hours
