Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having lower cross syndrome and Non-specific Low Back Pain from past 3 months minimum. Patients Not taking any exercises or physiotherapy for back pain from past 1 month. Patients who are able to perform and understand prescribed exercises.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who had undergone any recent surgery (in past 1 year) or had experienced any trauma. patients having systemic diseases such as migraine, hernia, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis. Patients having underlying pathologies of back pain such as intervertebral disc prolapse, spondylolisthesis, scoliosis or fracture. Pregnant women. Patients having any other medical condition which affects mobility.
