Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Female athletes aged 18 25 years with normal BMI 2 Actively training and competing in collegiate-level basketball 3 At least 1 year of consistent basketball experience 4 Willingness to participate fully and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Recent musculoskeletal injury or surgery within the past 6 months 2 Diagnosed cardiovascular, pulmonary, or neurological conditions 3 Current engagement in structured resistance training programs involving BFRT
