Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with acute or chronic cholecystitis. Gallstone size greater than 5 mm but less than 12 mm. Age group: 20 60 years. All genders Patients willing to participate in the trial. Patients are willing to undergo USG abdomen follow-ups and provide samples for routine investigations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of pancreatitis. Presence of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). Patients diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Cases of septicemia. Patients with jaundice. Diagnosed cases of cholangitis.
