Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age group: 3 months-12 years Admitted to PICU with diagnosis of fluid refractory septic shock.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Congenital or acquired heart disease including valvular heart disease and dilated cardiomyopathy. Poor window limiting image acquisition e.g. subcutaneous emphysema, abdominal surgery, thoracic surgery. Moribund state or anticipated death within 24 hours. Post-cardiac arrest state Denied consent.
