Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Stage-II and Stage-III periodontitis Presence of two or three-walled bony defect with a depth of more than three millimeters, using cone beam computed tomography Patients having platelet count within the normal range

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Systemically compromised patients Pregnant and lactating females Smokers and alcoholics Patients who underwent periodontal surgery in past six months Patients with coagulation disorders
