Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Nursing staff with chronic low back pain with NRS: 5 and above. 2.Willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent trauma. 2. Diagnosed psychiatric disorders. 3. Individuals currently admitted to inpatient wards.
