Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Recreational badminton players 2.Age group: Young-adult aged group between 18-25 years 10 3.Genders: Male and Female genders 4.Recreational players: Playing experience of the game of minimum 1 year. 5.Participants to sign consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Professional or elite badminton players 2.History of foot or lower limb surgery 3. Existing severe musculoskeletal injuries 4. Use of orthotic/specialized footwear 5. Medical conditions affecting mobility
