Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants of both genders, aged 14 to 17 years, are willing to participate Participants from government and private schools, and colleges in Belagavi city. Participants who are currently living with both parents, or living with a single mother, or whose mother is a single married woman. Maternal employment criteria: Mothers with full-time employment, Max 9 hours per day and not less than 5 hours per day, including 1 hour of break, and maternal employment should be for more than one year. Self-Employed Mothers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants from boarding schools. Participants with special needs and those who are currently on medication or therapy for psychological disorders in the last 6 months. Participants whose mothers primarily work from home either full-time or part-time.
