Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Irrespective Of Religion,Gender, Socio-economic Status, Educational status etc 2. Patients Fulfilling the diagnostic Criteria Which are based on Signs And Symptoms Of Vataja Shirashoola ( Tension Type Headache) 3.Headache Disability Index With Mild To Moderate Disability.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients With Systemic Ailments 2.Patients Presented With Other Types Of Headache Like Migraine, Cluster headache, Sinus headache, Neuralgia etc., 3.Tension Type Headache Secondary To Other Diseases 4.Patients Contraindicated For Nasya 5.Pregnant And Lactating Women
