Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient having fasting blood glucose 110-125mg/dl and/or Patient having 2 hour post prandial plasma glucose 140-200mg/dl. Patient having HbA1c in range 5.7-6.4% Patient in age group 30-65 years. Patient of either gender. Patient willing to sign the written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient below 30 years and above 65 years. Patients suffering from any systemic illness with complications. Patient having uncontrolled hypertension. Patient having any malignancy. Pregnant and lactating women. Mentally retarded person. Patients who fail to give consent. Patient who fail to follow up.
