Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Employees of age between 26-50 years and minimum 3years experience in job and who work more than 48 hours per week. Irrespective of gender, caste and socioeconomic status. Individuals expressing their willingness to provide written consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with any systemic disorder (viz. Hypertension, DM, Cardiac Disorders, Thyroid disorders) or mental disorder which may ultimately affect their mental health. Pregnant, lactating, and women who are suffering from pre-menopausal symptoms. Any other conditions which may jeopardize the result of study.

It is anticipated that in the end of this study , we would be able to establish the association between Satvasarata and anxiety, with the ultimate goal of fostering awareness and alleviating the prevalent burden of anxiety in Govt. employees.Timepoint: 18 months
