Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 40 to 75 years Having presence at least 3 traditional risk factors of CVD ASCVD Risk score more than 5 percentage Patient willing participates and abide to study protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 40 or more than 75 years Known case of CVD Taking any medications for dyslipidaemia or CVD. Type-1 diabetes mellitus or insulin dependent type-2 -DM Not willing to participate or not abide to study protocol
