Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Healthy young subjects aged 18-30 years either gender 2 Individuals having no history of any apparent disease in last one month 3 Individuals willing to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Subjects suffering from any disease 2 Subjects having history of any major surgery in the recent past. 3 Taking any medication presently 4 Any kind of addiction that may hamper the physiological parameters 5 Pregnancy and Lactation

1 To assess Sharirika bala across various in different Prakriti individuals. 2 This study findings will ultimately aid in advising healthy lifestyle regimen, determining optimal dosage of medicines, selecting suitable treatment approaches and providing insights into disease prognosis. Moreover, it will contribute in suggesting the prophylactic measures for the maintenance of Sharirika bala in different Ritu in the persons having different Prakriti. Timepoint: 10 months
