Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All treatment naïve patients with diagnosis of malignancy 2. ECOG performance status 0 to 3
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients requiring radiotherapy intervention 2. Patients/ caregivers refuse for geriatric assessment 3. Patients refuse to give written informed consent 4. Patients having major neurological or medical disorder that impairs their ability to understand the study and give written informed consent
