Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient of all Gender 2.Age between 18-50 years 3.Case of acute Fissure-in- Ano diagnosed as per clinical criteria 4.Patient with acute episodes of chronic Fissure-in-ano 5.REALISE score for Fissure-in-ano severity more than 2 6.Patient who is willing to give consent for Homoeopathic treatment 7.Patient who are willing to stop Analgesics 8.Patient with any other diagnosed comorbidities DM type2, Hypertension, Thyroid disorders etc

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient who are already diagnosed for Haemorrhoids 2.Diseases like Diagnosed cases of IBD, Malignancy, Perianal abscess, Anal fistula etc
