Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Young adults with the age group of 18-25 years of male and female both 2. Willingness to commit to attending scheduled Tabata training sessions for the duration of the study (6 Weeks) 3. Abstain from any medication 4. Participants cleared for physical activity based on the PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Who cannot perform the exercise due to Musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory, neurological, psychological etc or have any medical condition or comorbidities which can affect the outcome analysis of tabata training intervention. 2. Participants already participating in high-intensity interval training (HIIT) or any fitness programs to avoid bias in assessing the impact of Tabata training.
