Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: clinical diagnosis of adhesive capsulitis confirmed by an orthopedician patients with controlled diabetes duration of symptoms for at least 3 months no previous shoulder surgery or recent trauma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with systemic conditions affecting the shoulder patients currently receiving other forms of physiotherapy patients with recent fractures patients with any other shoulder disorder
