Intervention1: Vitamin C with Omega 3 Sub gingival irrigation solution: Dose, duration, and frequency- 5ml of Irrigation solution delivered twice for 30 seconds each immediately post-scaling and root

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Systemically healthy Individuals. 2. Patients with Stage 2 Periodontitis. 3. Patients with established willingness and ability to perform adequate oral hygiene.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Tobacco chewers and smokers. 2. Patients with metabolic diseases like uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus, cancer, HIV, Bleeding disorders, and hepatic disorders. 3. Patients undergoing radiation therapy and chemotherapy, which could compromise wound healing. 4. Patients under medications like Corticosteroids, Immunosuppressive agents that affect the wound healing process. 5. Pregnancy and lactating mothers. 6. Patients with any known allergies.
