Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: University students with primary dysmenorrhea Experiencing moderate to severe menstrual pain rated more than 4 on a Visual Analog Scale. Menstrual Cycle Regularity 21 to 35 days. Willing to comply with study protocols and attend all sessions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any recent surgeries. Currently pregnant or lactating women. Secondary dysmenorrhea like PCOD involved. Use of contraceptives.
