Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both men and women will be included, Age group between 18 to 25 years will be included, The participants should have a moderate level of physical activity.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with the history of recent foot , ankle , knee and hip injuries, Any condition affecting gait or balance such as cerebral palsy , multiple sclerosis , arthritis, Any foot abnormalities like club foot.
