Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Severe Early childhood caries children between 3-6 years of age 2. Children with Negative behavior, less than 6 years of age. (Frankl behavior rating scale 2) 3. No history of Pain. 4. Active carious lesions which have International Caries Detection and Assessment System (ICDAS) code 4 or 5. 5. Radiographically caries involving enamel and dentine, but not involving pulp in primary anterior and posterior teeth. 6. Cooperative anxious children, who afraid of sound, drill and sharp dental equipment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Teeth with more than 2/3rd of the root resorption. 2. Primary decayed teeth with abscess, sinus opening, and caries involving pulp. 3. Grossly decayed tooth. 4. Medical compromised patient
