Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age of patient between 40 to 70 years. (Vulnerable population above 60 years will be taken care of as per the guidelines suggested by Institutional Ethics Commitee. ) 2.Classical signs and symptoms of Sandhigata Vata (osteoarthritis of the knee joint) 3.Patients irrespective of demographic data i.e. gender, occupation, socioeconomic status, area of habitat, and education. 4.In case of bilaterally affected knee joint by Sandhigata Vata ,more affected joint will be taken into consideration.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from diseases like Diabetes mellitus, Gout, Rheumatoid arthritis, Structural fracture, Ligament tear and Tuberculosis, pregnant woman will be excluded.
