Inclusion criteria: Participants age 18 year or above. Participants who provide consent to participate. participants who can communicate in hindi or english

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: participants identified himself as transvestites or hermaphrodites aggressive or non-cooperative participants. participants diagnosed with psychiatric illness.
