Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adult patients aged above 18 years of either gender with histologically confirmed diagnosis of head and neck cancer. 2.TNM stage III, IV, IVa, IVb planned for surgery 3.Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) score 0 - 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.If any clinical relevance of distant metastases is present. 2.HNC subject having impaired cognitive function. 3.Subject having difficulty completing the exercise intervention due to any severe comorbid conditions. 4.Recurrent cases of head and neck cancer.
