Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 12-30 undergoing fixed orthodontic treatment. Presence of at least one white spot lesion. Good general health with no systemic conditions affecting oral health. Willingness to comply with the study protocol and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Use of antibiotics or antimicrobial mouth rinses in the past month. History of allergies to herbal products or specific components of muskmelon. Pregnant or lactating women.
