Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Both male & female. 2. Age group 18 to 60 years old. 3. A case of post-operative Fistula in Ano. 4. Patients ready for long term follow up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Both male and female below 18 years and above 60 years 2. Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus Cardiac disease and Hypertension 3. Carcinoma of Rectum Crohns disease Ulcerative Colitis 4.HIV HBsAg and VDRL positive
