Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients presenting with clinical features of vataja Grahani Roga(Irritable Bowel Syndrome) and fulfilling the diagnostic criteria. 2. Patients between the age group of 20-70 years irrespective of sex, religion, occupation and socio economic status. 3.controlled noncommunicable diseases and controlled hypertension ( blood pressure not more than 140 mmHg and diastolic pressure not more than 90 mmHg)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients below 20 years of age and above 70 years. 2.patients suffering from diabetes mellitus. 3.patients having inflammatory bowel disease, Diverticulitis,Celeic disease, Hemorrhoids,peptic ulcer. 4.pregnant and lactating mother. 5.Alchoholics and drug abusers. 6.patients suffering from major systemic illness.
