Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who have undergone valve replacement surgery through median sternotomy (both mechanical and biological).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with BMI greater than 30 2.Patients with severe lung diseases, COPD , Bronchial Asthma 3.Patients with more than 24 hours ventilatory support 4.Patients with major post-surgical cardiovascular complications, significant arrhythmia, heart failure 5.Patients with neurological conditions 6.Patients with a history of similar surgery/incision
